February Feels

Lots of fun stuff is coming to the blog! I have several recipes, from this weekend, to post this upcoming week! Also, I’m going to have a tab coming to the menu that will feature a new bloody mary recipe each month of this year! Expect a Fire-Chipotle bloody mary coming this week! Enjoy my meal plan, below. Breakfast:

M-F:
banana, egg cups, green tea

Snack:

M-F: granola bar

Lunch:

M-F: peaches, salami & ham sandwich, mozzarella, sautéed broccoli

Dinner:

M: Ground beef zucchini boats

T: salmon w/ macaroni and roasted broccoli
Foil Baked Salmon - You infuse your salmon with lemon, onion, dried oregano and asparagus for a richer flavor. Gluten-free, paleo, and low-carb!:

W:  corn-flake chicken w/ steamed broccoli and macaroni

Baked Ranch Chicken Tenders and Veggies - No one will ever believe that these crisp chicken fingers are completely baked and cooked on ONE PAN with veggies!

Th: ground beef burritos
Crispy Beef and Cheese Burritos from Jamie Cooks It Up! These crispy burritos can be made in about 15 minutes and make good use out of leftover taco meat and rice.:
