3 Bean Salad

An absolute favorite for springtime!

• 1/3 cup apple cidar vinegar
• 2 T sugar
• 2 T vegetable oil
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ pepper
• 1 shallot
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 can green beans (drained)
• 1 can garbanzo beans (drained)
• 1 can kidney beans (drained)

Whisk together apple cider vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, salt/pepper, shallot, garlic. In separate bowl, add beans. Pour dressing over beans. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours to let flavors marry.
