Egg Cups

Easy recipes on the go are my FAVORITE! Especially for breakfast. Anything that’s not just a grody banana and gloppy yogurt. Egg Cups are weekday morning life-savers!

  • 10 eggs with a splash of milk, beaten
  • Handful of broccoli cut/torn up into small pieces
  • 1/8 lb. of ham, chopped small
  • ¼ cup of shredded cheese

Ladle into WELL SPRAYED muffin tins – will make 10 muffins – Bake at 375 for 18 min.

You can add more eggs/ingredients (tomato, onion, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, etc.) to make more muffins
