Eggs & Chorizo

  • 6 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • 1/2 tube of spicy chorizo
  • Tabasco

Scramble eggs with milk (to make nice and fluffy) in separate pan while “browning” chorizo for 5-7 minutes. Add cooked chorizo to eggs and toss. Splash on Tabasco as desired (or salsa) and enjoy with a big glass of MILK! Yummmmm.
