What an eeeeepic weekend we had! So much food and so much drink.I was talked in to going to the gym with Beck and 2 of our friends for a partner work out and I have to say…I’ve never worked out so hard on my own. It was shocking how much sweat I was dripping. Since I always take a strength training or kickboxing class at my gym, I never go on my own to lift weights or train myself. I really enjoyed it!
Our friend, Mike, has some *hopefully* good news coming about a promotion at work so my bestage and his gf, Melissa, organized a little surprise for him on Saturday night! Four of us busted through the door at their place and surprised him with drinks and the news that we were going out to spend a night on Cap Hill in Seattle! We neeeever go out and 9/10 times we always go to one of our houses…but this was a special night. We had the best time eating and drinking and dancing and EATING again!
Speaking of eating…Super Bowl Sunday was just as epic as Saturday night was. ALL the food and a bloody mary bar set up by yours, truly!

M-F: dark chocolate cheerios w/ blueberries and milk, green tea
M-F: granola bar
M-F: peaches and nacho leftovers
M: Italian sausage flatbread w/ salad
T: baguette pepperoni pizzas w/ salad
W: meat sauce w/ penne and salad
Th: panko chicken w/ rice medley & steamed broccoli
