Instructions
  1. Bring water, for pasta, to a boil. In the meantime, add thawed shrimp to a bowl and mix with 1/2 olive oil, 1 T garlic powder, and pepper. Stir and let sit while preparing zucchini.
  2. Add cut zucchini to a ziploc bag with remaining olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, red pepper flakes, 1/4 lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Shake and coat well.
  3. Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package directions.
  4. Cook shrimp for 1 minute on each side and remove to plate. Set aside.
  5. Wipe pan clean and add heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, garlic butter, and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes and add zucchini from ziploc bag and shrimp. Remove from heat and stir.
  6. Drain pasta when al dente and add sauce, zucchini, and shrimp. Stir together and add extra red pepper flakes or chopped parlsey.
